Things to do at Ponta Malongane

Ponta Malonane is the perfect place for an idyllic paradise beach holiday, with endless golden sandy beaches, warm turquoise blue sea water, offshore coral reefs for scuba diving and a launch site for ski-boats. For rock and surf anglers, the rocky point close to the campsite is home to a variety of reef fish including snappers, Natal stumpnose, kingfish and rockcod.

There is a scuba diving operation based within the Ponta Malongane campsite where you can arrange scuba diving trips, scuba courses and ocean safaris. Some of the ocean charter companies in the Ponta do Ouro and Ponta Malongane areas offer dolphin trips out to sea where you can get into the water and see bottlenose dolphins in their natural habitat and have  a chance to swim with dolphins..
