Abu Madi Lodge Mkuze

This Lodge is a thatched stone farmhouse style lodge with 3 bedrooms, a lounge, fully equipped kitchen, enclosed porch and private patio overlooking the garden and bushveld. The Jozini Dam, South Africa's premium tiger fishing destination is close by. The Abu Madi Jozini Lodge has a charming thatched rondavel close to the main lodge equipped with double and single beds, kitchen and en-suite bathroom facilities. This part of the lodge has a big glass sliding window which opens to views of the lodge's swimming pool in the garden and the Lebombo mountains in the background.

There is also a thatched square-davel with two single beds at the  Jozini Lodge. The square-davel has a Kitchen and bathroom en suite, and a private patio with garden furniture. All the accommodation at the  Jozini Lodge is close to the boma where you can sit around the campfire in the evening and have dinner under the African night sky, listening to the night sounds of the jackal, hyena and melodious Nightjars..

The sparkling swimming pool at the lodge gives visitors a cool respite from the summer heat in the shady indigenous garden, especially after a day of tiger fishing on Lake Jozini. In front of the Jozini Lodge there is a waterhole where animals come to drink. Away from the lodge and fitted for self-catering only, the Jozini Lodge bush camp is located in a peaceful and tranquil corner of the game ranch with magnificent views of the Lebombo mountain range. The Jozini bush lodge accommodation consists of three bedrooms with two single beds in each, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge gas, deepfreeze and cookers as well as skottle and braai equipment.

There is no electricity at the Bush Lodge and the lighting is provided by parking your vehicle in a specific place and connecting your car battery to a point, which activates fluorescent lighting in the lodge. Paraffin lamps provide additional lighting in the bush lodge.
